Step-by-step walkthroughs of real Ziptask workflows. Watch the video or follow the written steps — whichever suits. New to Ziptask? Start at the top and work down.
Invite your team
Add teammates one at a time, bring in a whole crew from a spreadsheet, and resend invites to anyone who hasn't joined yet.
Create your first task list
Set up a job, put it in your team's hands, and watch the tasks get checked off — the core of how Ziptask works.
Require photo proof and sign-off
Make a task impossible to close without a photo, and approve it yourself before it counts as done.
Set up recurring work
Set a list to repeat on a schedule, and Ziptask creates a fresh copy each cycle — with its own photo record every time.
Use templates
Save a checklist as a reusable blueprint, then spin up a ready-to-go list from it in one tap — instead of rebuilding it every time.
Set up teams
Group members into teams so you can assign a whole list to a crew and filter your work by team.
Run multiple locations
A step-by-step walkthrough — set up two locations from scratch, a team per department with the right people on each, and understand why each site only sees its own work.
Track a project from start to finish
Group a job's phases under one project and see how far along it is — and roughly where the value stands — without asking anyone.
Organize your work by customer
Attach a customer to your lists as you create them, add or import your whole roster, and open any customer to see every job you have done for them.
